Timothy R. Bowie is a leadership and operations professional with more than two decades of experience in facilities management, property operations, and organizational development. His career spans hands-on HVAC ownership, procurement, and ultimately executive-level leadership overseeing some of the largest maintenance portfolios in the Southeast.
As a former Corporate Director of Maintenance, Tim led large, multi-site teams across a significant regional portfolio — developing the systems, accountability frameworks, and leadership culture that drove measurable operational stability across diverse teams and disciplines.
Today, Tim serves as Executive Pastor at Love City Church while consulting, speaking, and developing leaders across industries — bringing the same operational discipline he honed in corporate environments to teams and organizations ready to grow.
